Cpl. Edward E. Bott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Bott, Tyler, attended Tyler Schools and Tyler Com. College. Entered Army Air Corps in 1942, trained at Camp Kohler, Cal. and New Orleans AAB, New Orleans, La. Served in England. Has European Theater Ribbon.

BOULTER, WILLIAM G.
Cpl. William G. Boulter, son of G. E. Boulter. Entered the service in 1942, trained at San Antonio and Columbia, S. C. Served with the Army Air Force on Okinawa and in Japan.

BOWDOIN, GEORGE C.
T/Sgt. George C. Bowdoin, son of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Bowdoin, husband of Melba R. Glover. Entered Army in April, 1941, trained at Ft. Monmouth, N. J. Served in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. Has Good Conduct Medal, two Battle Stars and other honors.

BOYD, GAYLE Q.
CCSTD Gayle Q. Boyd, husband of former Lula Carter, attended Tyler Schools. Entered Navy in Sept., 1922, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served in South Pacific.

BOYD, JASPER C.
AMM 2/c Jasper C. Boyd, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Boyd. Entered the Navy in 1942, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served in India, Australia and So. Pacific.

MOMM 3/c Gerald Boyd, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Boyd. Entered the Navy in 1943, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served on the Marshall Island.

BOYD, MANLY J.
ARM 2/c Manly J. boyd, husband of former Freida Hill. Entered the Navy in 1942, trained in Houston, Texas, Corpus Christi and Kingsville, Texas. Served on Carrier Aircraft Serving Unit.

BOYD, CHESTER H., JR.
S 1/c Chester H. Boyd, Jr. entered the Navy in Houston, Texas in Sept., 1942, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served at sea for 37 months.

BOYNTON, JAMES EDWARD
S 2/c James Edward Boynton, son of W. H. Boynton, husband of former Martha Werner, graduated from Lindale H.S. Entered the Navy in May, 1945 trained in San Diego, Cal. and Camp Parks, Cal. Has Good Conduct Medal.

BOYNTON, SAMUEL C.
S/Sgt. Samuel C. Boynton, son of Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Boynton, husband of former Louise Bryson, graduated from Tyler H.S. and Tyler Com. College. Entered Army in Dec., 1942, trained at Camp McCain, Miss. and Camp Pickett, Va. Served in Africa, Sicily, Italy and France. Awarded ETO Ribbon with four Battle Stars, Bronze Arrowhead, Victory Ribbon and Good Conduct Medal.

Sgt. Roger R. Box, son of Mrs. J. L. Box, Troup; husband of the former Dorothy Womack. Entered the Air Corps in 1942, trained at Hamilton Field, Cal. Served in Hawaii, and Okinawa.

BOX, WALTER H.
Pfc. Walter H. Box, son of Mrs. J. R. Box, Troup; husband of the former Louise Goforth. Entered Aviation Engineers, Sept., 1943, trained at Camp Abbott, Oregon. Served in North Africa, Italy, France, Germany and Belgium. Awarded Good Conduct Medal, Four Battle Stars, Campaign Ribbon, ETO and two overseas stripes. Discharged, 1945.

BRACEY, EDWARD
Pfc. Edward Bracey, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Bracey. Entered service, March, 1943, trained at Camp Grant, III. Served in England.

BRADBERRY, WALTER B.
MOMM 3/c Walter B. Bradberry, son of Mrs. Altha Bradberry. Entered the Navy, March, 1943, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served in the South Pacific, mine Sweeper.

BRADBERRY, JESSE W.
Sgt. Jesse W. Bradberry, son of Mrs. Altha Bradberry. Entered the Army, Oct., 1942, trained at Blackland Flying School, Waco, Texas. Served in England, France, and Germany and Belgium.

BRADLEY, STEPHEN (JERRY)
Pvt. Stephen (Jerry) Bradley, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Bradley. Entered the Air Corps, June, 1945, trained at Sheppard Field, Wichita Falls and Kessler Field, Miss.

BRADLEY, JOHN D.
Chief Petty Officer John D. Bradley, son of Mr. and Mrs. 0. M. Bradlev, husband of the former Nathalie Harvey; attended Tyler Schools and Baylor University. Entered Navy, March, 1942, trained in San Diego. Served on Leyte, Luzon, PI. Awarded AP with two Stars, Philippine Liberation with one Star, and Good Conduct and Philippine Citation.

BRADSHAW, ROY
CM 2/c Roy Bradshaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Bradshaw, attended Lindale Schools. Entered Seabees, Dec., 1942, trained in Norfolk, Va., Gulfport, Miss., and San Francisco, Cal. Served on Palmyra, and Guam.

BRADSHAW, GENE B.
M/SgL Gene B. Bradshaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Bradshaw, husband of the former Marjorie Dale. Entered the Army April, 1943, trained at Ft. Warren, Cheyenne, Wyoming and Camp Ellis, Ill. Served on New Herbrides, Luzon and in Japan.

BRADSHAW, HURLEY B.
Pfc. Hurley B. Bradshaw, son of Mr, and Mrs. J. R. Bradshaw, husband of the former Melba K. King. Entered Army, Dec., 1942, trained at Ft. Brady, Mich. served in St. Lo, France, Normandy Invasion. Awarded Purple Heart.
