TYLER JUNIOR COLLEGE - "The Mascaras" - May 10, 1928

SHAKESPEARIAN PLAY TO BE PRESENTED

MASCARAS TO GIVE "AS YOU LIKE IT" TOMORROW NIGHT

Opportunity will knock at the door of every man, woman, and child in Tyler Thursday evening, May 10, at 8:15 o'clock. And the opportunity of seeing a Shakespeare play is not one to close the door on, since a Shakespearian play is so rarely produced here. "Make the best of every opportunity" can well be applied to May 10, on which date the Junior College Dramatic Club will present "As you Like It," the greatest comedy by the greatest of authors. You read Shakespeare's plays and enjoy them, as freshmen and sophomores in high school, as sophomores in college, and after your school days are over; but unless you have seen one on the stage you have no real conception of the action of his plays, and you cannot enjoy them to the utmost. So why not come to see "As You Like It?"
